Topic: Small House For Rent

Our tenant is moving out this week so our rental will be available very soon. It is a very small, very clean, cute home in a quiet family neighborhood.  It has 2 bedrooms but really would work better for someone who only needs one bedroom so the other room can be used as a living room. We require a CLEAN background check (which we will do) and we do ask for references. The last time we placed the ad in the paper we were swamped with calls so if interested send me a pm soon!
