Mount Vernon Police Department Reports from 4/8 - 4/10

Shellee Robinette, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on a probation violation and for theft.
A juvenile was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Lynds, 44, of Mount Vernon, was cited for running a stop sign and was
arrested for disorderly conduct with persisting, and possession of
Andrea Barnett, 18, of Coshocton, was cited for failure to yield.
Conner Grennell, 18, of Mount Vernon, was charged with possessing or consuming alcohol while a minor.
Levi Hall, 20, of Mount Vernon, was charged with possessing or consuming alcohol while a minor.
Nathaniel Masten, 18, of Mount Vernon, was charged with possessing or consuming alcohol while a minor.
Matthew Hall, 18, of Mount Vernon, was charged with possessing or consuming alcohol while a minor.
Shade Hall, 18, of Mount Vernon, was charged with possessing or consuming alcohol while a minor.
Nichole Gibson, 38, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on a drug paraphernalia offense.
Christina Carr, 32, of Marengo, was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
Shawna Cunningham, 27, of Danville, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Tennessee.
A theft was reported in the 100 block of Monroe St. An American Eagle display was reported stolen.
On April 7, Shellee Robinette was arrested on a probation violation after a shoplifting incident at Dollar General on Coshocton Ave. The incident was caught on surveillance footage. Miscellaneous items, including clothing, hair coloring, teeth cleaner, and lip balm were reported stolen.
Officers were called to the KCH ER to assist Wayne County Children's Services.
A female reported that she is being harassed by a family friend of her boyfriend. She stated that she initially received a phone call and several text messages.
A female reported that her daughter's cell phone was stolen from their home in the 600 block of E. Vine St. It is described as an Iphone 5S, black case with a unicorn on it.
Officers were dispatched to an alarm at a business on Coshocton Ave. The front and rear doors were found to be secure. A keyholder was contacted, who arrived and reset the alarm.
A complainant in the 0-100 block of Parrot street reported the rear window broken out of a 1989 Ford vehicle.
Units were dispatched to the 1000 block of E. Vine St. on a report of a possible underage party. Multiple summons for underage consumption were issued.
An officer responded to a residential alarm in the 200 block of E. Gambier St. The exterior appeared ok with no signs of forced entry. Contact with the homeowner failed. Dispatch left a message.
Officers responded on April 10 to the 1200 block of E. Vine st. in reference to a theft. The victin stated that at some point in the past three days, someone had entered his detached garage and had stolen a Lowes 12 gallon air compressor, a Poulan Pro hedge trimmer, and a Puolan Pro leaf blower. Photographs of the scene were obtained.
Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of E. Sugar St. on a report of a disturbance. The homeowner stated her friend, Shawna Cunningham, had been arguing with her boyfriend on the phone. Cunningham stated that she had been arguing with her boyfriend and was upset. Another male at the residence stated that they had been arguing about the boyfriend not being in Ohio with her.
It was determined that Cunningham had an active bench warrant out of Sullivan County Circuit Court in Tennessee for taking contraband into a penal facility and contributing to the delinquency of a child. dispatch sent a hit confirmation to Tennessee and they sent back a confirmation that they would extradite Cunningham to Tennessee. Cunningham was placed under arrest and was transported to the Knox County Jail.
An officer responded to the 600 block of N. Sandusky St. on an assault complaint. A written statement was obtained from the victim. She indicated that she was assaulted and some property was stolen. Officers were unable to locate a suspect in the immediate area. Two batteries, four radiators, and one set of keys were reported stolen.
Officers were dispatched to an alarm in the 8900 block of Martinsburg Rd. The front and rear doors were found to be secure. A
keyholder could not be contacted.
While traveling eastbound on Coshocton Ave., a 2000 Ford Explorer, operated by a juvenile, struck the rear of a 2007 Jeep Wrangler, operated by Andrew S. Thornton, of Wooster, who was also traveling eastbound on Coshocton Ave. and had slowed for traffic. The juvenile was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
While traveling westbound on Coshocton Ave., a 2008 Dodge, operated by Herbert G. Caudill, of Howard, struck a 2004 Chevrolet Caviler, operated by Andrea L. Barnett, of Coshocton, who was pulling out of the McDonald's parking lot onto Coshocton Ave. eastbound. Barnett was cited for failure to yield.
