Arrests/Citations

Ashley Ashbrook, 22, of Mount Vernon, was cited for driving under suspension.


Kristen Jodrey, 28, of Mount Vernon, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.


Heather Waugh, 43, of Howard, was cited for starting and backing vehicles improperly.



Reports

At approximately 12:21 PM, an officer responded to the 700 block of E. High St. on a vandalism complaint.


At approximately 12:44 PM, an officer responded to the 300 block of E. Hamtramck St. on a vandalism complaint.



Accidents

 A 2003 Dodge Dakota, operated by Kristen B. Jodrey, of Mount Vernon and a 1999 Buick Regal, operated by Obadiah J. Eddy, of Mount Vernon, were traveling westbound on Coshocton Ave. Eddy's vehicle stopped for stalled traffic ahead. Jodrey's vehicle struck Eddy's vehicle in the rear.


A 2004 Chevrolet Suburban, operated by Heather M. Waugh, of Howard, was stopped northbound on Upper Gilchrist Rd at Coshocton Ave. A 2003 Oldsmovile Alero, operated by Kimberly S. Griffith, of Newark,  was traveling northbound on Upper Gilchrist Rd toward Coshocton Ave. Waugh's vehicle proceeded to back southbound in an attempt to maneuver into the westbound turn lane on Upper Gilchrist Rd. and into the front-end of Griffith's vehicle.
