Knox County Sheriff’s Office Reports and Incidents 10/23-10/26

October 26, 2015 – 2:05 pm

Incidents

On October 23 at 5:11 pm deputies responded to shoplifting on the 600 block of N. Sandusky St.  in Mount Vernon.  Surveillance cameras show a male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt steal a box of purple hair dye.  Deputy Tim Knell was the reporting officer.

On October 24 at 11:44 am deputies responded to a theft on the 16400 block of Village Parkway in Fredericktown.  An unknown male stole decorations from a store front. The victim saw the suspect carry items to his silver Hyundai.  The suspect has dark hair and was wearing blue jeans and an orange shirt at the time of the incident.  Officers were unable to read the license plate from the pictures shown by the victim.  Deputy Jason Wilson was the reporting officer.

On October 25 at 6:15 pm deputies responded to an incident of vandalism on the 16300 block of Millersburg Rd. in Brinkhaven.    A port-a-jon was vandalized.  Deputy Brandon Minot was the reporting officer.

On October 25 at 7:31 am deputies responded to an incident of trespassing on the first block of S. Mulberry St. in Fredericktown.  An unknown male gained access to the victim’s detached garage.  Deputy Jason Wilson was the reporting officer.

On October 26 at 4:55 am deputies responded to a theft from vehicle on the first block of Cherry Hill Ct. in Howard.  A GPS and wallet containing credit cards and social security cards were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.  Deputy Zachary Miller was the reporting officer.
