Arrests

On September 24 at 6:09 pm deputies responded to a report of trespassing on Howard-Danville Rd. in Howard.  Suspects, Todd Strickling of Jeromesville and Angela Dahl, of Perrysville were placed under arrest for criminal trespassing and transported to the county jail.  Deputy Jeremy Carpenter was the reporting officer.

Incidents

On September 24 at 8 am deputies responded to a theft from a vehicle on the 500 block of Greenacre Circle in Howard.  The vehicle had been left locked overnight with the windows slightly down.  In the morning, the complainant reports that the trunk was ajar and her physical therapy home treatment bag, with a contents valuing $320, was missing.  The trunk lid was also scratched.  Deputy Jay Sheffer was the reporting officer.

On September 24 at 9:30 am deputies responded to a theft from a vehicle on the 1900 block of Apple Valley Dr. in Howard.  Items including GPS devices, a trailer hitch with ball, prescription sun glasses, power cords and blue tooth earpieces were taken from 2 unlocked vehicles overnight.  The complainant reports that car doors and the trunk on one vehicle were not closed all the way. Deputy Jason Wilson was the reporting officer.

On September 24 at 3:30 pm deputies responded to a report of a burglary on the 500 block of Harcourt Rd. in Mount Vernon.  The complainant reported that items were possibly stolen from his storage unit.  The lock was missing on the storage unit and the contents of the storage unit were thrown around.  The complainant was given a form to report stolen items after reviewing the contents of his storage unit.  Deputy Daniel Selby was the reporting officer.

On September 24 at 4:25 pm deputies responded to a theft from a vehicle on the 100 block of E. Scott Lane in Gambier.  Golf clubs and a golf bag were stolen from the car.  The complainant reported that he found the car door left open.  Deputy Aaron Phillips was the reporting officer.
