Arrests

On September 21 at 9:33 am officers responded to a report of a suspicious person sleeping at a table in a restaurant on the 600 block of N Sandusky St in Clinton Township.  Trevor Hagans, 26 of Mount Vernon, was arrested on charges of possessing drug abuse instruments.  Meth, a suboxone strip, syringe wash and hypodermic needles were seized.  Officer Matthew Jones was the reporting officer.

Citations

On September 21, Samantha Hyatt, 32 of Mount Vernon, was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.

Incidents

On September 21 at 2 pm officers responded to a theft from a vehicle on the first block of Woodlake Trail.  A cell phone was stolen.  Officer Andrew Burns was the reporting officer.

On September 21 at 4:32 pm, officers responded to a parking complaint on the first block of Riverside Dr.  Officers found that the vehicle had fictitious plates; the driver was driving under suspension and a failure to transfer registration.  Officer Zachary Uhler was the reporting officer.

On September 21 at 6:54 pm officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct on the 200 block of Kirk St. A phone harassment occurred.  Officer Nicholas Holdren was the reporting officer.

On September 21 at 7:16 pm officers responded to a theft on the 100 block of Mansfield Ave.  A cell phone was stolen.  Officer Andrew Burns was the reporting officer.
