Arrests

On August 8, Kyle Day of Mount Vernon was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Licking County.  Day was transferred to the Licking County line.  Officer Ryan Burgess was the reporting officer.

On August 9, Robert Hughes was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Mount Vernon Municipal Court.  Hughes was transported to the Knox County Jail.  Officer Tim Knell was the reporting officer.

Incidents

On August 7 officers responded to a theft on the 16400 block of North Liberty Rd. in Fredericktown.  The victim reported 3 guitars missing from his residence.  The guitars were described as a 12-string Epiphon acoustic guitar, a 6-string black and white electric guitar and a 6-string acoustic guitar.  Officer Thomas Travis was the reporting officer.

On August 8 officers responded to an incident of joy-riding on the 3400 block of Van Winkle Rd in Bladensburg.  The victim reported that her vehicle had been stolen and wrecked.  Officer Jason Wilson was the reporting officer.
