MOUNT VERNON – First-Knox National Bank promoted four
associates at the May board meeting.Kim
Burgess was promoted to administrative officer, regional commercial loan
operations; Heather Hankins was promoted to administrative officer, consumer
loan operations; Monique Milligan was promoted to administrative officer of the
Blackjack Road office; and Krystal Drye was promoted to banking officer,
Coshocton Avenue office.
“These four women have provided
exemplary leadership in their respective departments and they are very deserving
of these promotions,” stated Vickie A. Sant, president of First-Knox National
Bank.“I look forward to seeing the
great things they will accomplish as their careers continue to develop.”
Kim Burgess is a graduate of Fredericktown High School and The Ohio State
University.She joined First-Knox in
2003 and has held positions as a teller, indirect assistant and loan operations
specialist.In June 2015, Burgess was
promoted to commercial loan operations and was named administrative manager in

with her husband, Ryan, and daughter, Brynn.
A Centerburg High School
graduate, Heather Hankins has been with First-Knox since 2004.She has worked in the Centerburg office as a
teller and a customer service representative.In 2012, she transferred to loan operations where she held multiple
positions prior to being promoted to Main Office assistant manager in October 2014.Hankins was named loan operations administrative
manager in October 2015.
Hankins resides in Fredericktown
with her husband, Zach.
Monique Milligan is a 15-year
First-Knox associate.She has held a
number of positions during her tenure, including proof operator, teller, and
support staff roles.She spent several
years in the Main Office as a customer service representative and assistant
manager prior to being named manager of the Blackjack Road office in late
Milligan is a graduate of Kankakee Valley High School in
Indiana.She has completed numerous
AIB courses, Ohio Banker’s League
programs, and is a recent graduate of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce’s
Leadership Knox program.Monique is
active with MTVarts, the Distinguished Young Women’s program, and is on the
Behavioral Healthcare Partners board.
She resides in Howard with her
husband, Bob, and sons, Tyler and Matthew.
Krystal Drye joined First-Knox in
2000 as a part-time teller at the Main Office.Throughout her career she has held positions as a teller, customer
service representative, assistant manager and is currently the Coshocton Avenue
She is a graduate of Mount Vernon High School.She has completed numerous AIB classes, and
is a graduate of Leadership Knox and the Ohio Banker’s League Management
Drye resides in Mount Vernon with her husband, Anthony and
their children, A.C. and Alissa.
