Cory Griffith, 21, of Fredericktown, was arrested on a probation violation. Griffith was also charged with open container and unauthorized used of a vehicle. He was cited for , driving or physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, driving or physical control of a vehicle while under the influence within 20 years of a prior offense, and driving under suspension/revocation.
Natalya Naumova-Durbin, 58, of Mount Vernon, was cited for failure to follow stop sign laws.
Jarrod Heagren, 20, of Howard, was cited for failure to transfer registration and expired or unlawful license plates.

A 2010 Honda Civic, operated by Natalya B. Naumova-Durbin, of Mount Vernon, was stopped at a stop sign southbound on N. Clinton St. at E. Pleasant St. A 2011 Ford Focus, operated by Kimberly R. Maggard, of Mount Vernon, was eastbound on E. Pleasant St. Naumova-Durbin's vehicle attempted to turn eastbound onto E. Pleasant St. and struck the eastbound vehicle of Maggard.
A semi-truck, operated by A. Vernon Morlan, of Grove City, was traveling northbound on S. Adams St. when it struck the power lines above the roadway. The impact tore one of the lines from the side of the residence at 609 W. Gambier St. American electric power responded to the scene to assist with the electric line and cable line.
