Arrest/Citations/Charges

Jozn Ocker, 33, of Mount Vernon,was charged with theft.


Kristina Weber, 32, of Mount Vernon was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.


Valine Cline, 27, of Mount Vernon, was cited for a one way street violation.


A juvenile was cited for a red light violation.


Keith Parsons, 25, of Mount Vernon, was charged with domestic violence.


William Harris, 66, of Mount Vernon, was cited for failure to control.


Michael Goines, 33, of Mount Vernon, was arrested. Goines was charged with disorderly conduct.


Tiffany White, 25, of Mount Vernon, was arrested. White was charged with disorderly conduct.


Bridgette Stachler, 33, of Mount Vernon, was cited for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.


Justin Stachler, 30, of Danville, was cited for driving without an operator's license.


Reports

Keith Parsons was charged with domestic violence. After an incident in the 400 block of N. West St.


At 4:20 PM, an officer was dispatched to Knox Community Hospital Urgent Care on a disturbance complaint. The complainant stated that the male was causing issues with the staff.

The complainant stated the male had entered the facility around 9:45 AM with his girlfriend to be treated and was asked to fill out a form with information. The man became angry, ripped up the form and left. He later returned and sat with his girlfriend, while she was waiting to be seen. While he was waiting, he contacted the patient advocated, stating the Urgent Care refused to see him, which was not true.

Later in the day, at approximately 4:00 PM, the male returned. Staff asked if they could help him and he became angry again. He said "forget it" and rushed out the of the building. According to the complainant, as he neared the glass doors, he forced his way through them, knocking them off their tracks.


A complainant reported that she lost her temporary Ohio license plate.


A complainant on McGibney Rd. reported the theft of two spotlights.


A complainant reported a disturbance between a male and a female in the 300 block of W. Calhoun St. The complainant stated the two were arguing loudly and he could hear them from his residence on Curtis St. The two were identified as Michael Goines and Tiffany White. They were each issued a summons for disorderly conduct.


A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Cottage St. the incident resulted in Dusty Serio being transported to the Knox County Jail and being charged with disorderly conduct persisting.


An officer responded to the 600 block of N. Mulberry St. The complainant stated that he arrived at his sister's house and found the Tv and DVD player missing. The complainant stated the door was unlocked upon his arrival. The sister was advised of the incident.


Accidents

A 2005 Ford Freestyle, operated by Robert C. Dill, of Mount Vernon, was traveling westbound on E. Pleasant St. A 2005 Subaru, operated by a juvenile, was traveling north on N. Main St. and ran a red light. The Subaru struck Dill's vehicle at an angle, causing it to roll over.


William G. Harris, of Mount Vernon, was operating a a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee when he lost control of his vehicle in the parking lot of the BP gas station on Coshocton Rd and drove into a 2003 Ford Ranger, operated by Walter Ronshausen, of Mount Vernon, which was on Verndale Dr. outside the gas station.
