Arrests

Logan Weaver, 21, of Danville, was charged with theft.


Curtis Kidd, 36, of Martinsburg, was cited for driving without a motorcycle license.


Eric Windsor, 30, of Mansfield, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.


Susan Denuit, 36, of Howard, was cited for speeding.


Robyn Plichta, 23, of Mount Vernon, was cited for expired or unlawful license plates.


Shayla Shadwick, 30, of Mount Vernon, was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.


Kristina Weber, 32, of Mount Vernon, was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.


Christy Morris, 37, of Gambier, was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.


Reports

A male reported a theft from the 800 block of W. Burgess St. He stated that a 21" Troy built self propelled mower which has "TJ" written in sharpie on it was stolen from his back porch at some point during the day.


A male reported a burglary from the 0-100 block of Marion St. Two people were witnessed entering and exiting the residence by a neighbor. A 12,000 BTU window air conditioner and a green Lawnboy push mower were reported missing. Property was also found to be damaged at the residence.


Officers responded to a disturbance complaint in the 200 block of Martinsburg Rd. While on scene, they spoke with the two parties involved and a written statement was obtained.
