Knox County Grand Jury Indicts Fifteen

MOUNT VERNON - A Knox County Grand Jury handed down fifteen indictments for felony crimes on Monday. The charges included a rape, burglary, and several drug possession charges.


Those indicted are:


Jozn E. Ocker, was indicted on one count of forgery, a fifth degree felony and one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth degree felony.


George W. Walker, was indicted on two counts of aggravated burglary, first degree felonies, four counts of aggravated robbery, first degree felonies, and four counts of felonious assault, second degree felonies.


Kain M. Dixon was indicted on two counts of aggravated burglary, first degree felonies, four counts of aggravated robbery, first degree felonies, and four counts of felonious assault, second degree felonies.


Jarred A. Curry was indicted on two counts of aggravated burglary, first degree felonies, four counts of aggravated robbery, first degree felonies, and four counts of felonious assault, second degree felonies.


Adam P. Taylor was indicted on one count of rape, a first degree felony, and one count of gross sexual imposition, a third degree felony.

Summer D. Rector was indicted on two counts of trafficking in drugs, felonies in the fourth degree.


Daniel A. Dales was indicted on one count of failure to provide notice of of new address, a third degree felony.


Conard A. Ferenbaugh was indicted on one count of possession, a fifth degree felony and one count of driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.


Johnathan K. Snyder was indicted on one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor or corruption of a minor, a felony in the fourth degree, one count of perjury, a felony in the third degree, and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor or corruption of a minor, a first degree misdemeanor.


Shad W. Lynds was indicted on one count of possession, a fifth degree felony and one count of disorderly conduct, a fourth degree misdemeanor.


Timothy K. Brown Jr. was indicted on one count of burglary, a third degree felony, theft and/or grand theft, a fifth degree felony, and criminal damaging, a second degree misdemeanor.


Jeremiah C. Whitt was indicted on one count of arson, a fourth degree felony.


Catherine A. Albrando was indicted on one count of theft and/or grand theft, a fifth degree felony, one count of forgery, a fifth degree felony, and one count of theft and/or grand theft, a first degree misdemeanor.


Ivy S. Hershberger was indicted on one count of felonious assault, a felony in the second degree, and one count of aggravated assault, a felony in the fourth degree.


Krysten Traywick was indicted on one count of theft and/or grand theft, a fourth degree felony, and two counts of possession, fourth degree felonies.
